Today we got a call from Beechwood. It seems that we do need a hydraulics report. Previously Beechwood had said we may need it so I checked with council and they said we didn't, but council have just informed Beechwood that the subdivision conditions include the need for on site detention (delaying water leaving the property) so we need to get this done.
Now to find a hydraulic engineer
